Compare and contrast the goals and objectives (business strategy) of each property. Identify each of their competitive strengths.
Is their goal congruence (organizational goals and individual employee goals mesh rather than clash) at either or both of the properties?
Which company identifies their role in employee and community relations as part of their business strategy?
Since environmental issues are a very important topic in the hospitality industry, what plans do these companies have to do their part in helping to sustain the environment?
