Strategic Plan proposal 650 words max.

I need a proposal of no more than 650 words, outlining a research approach  for a Strategic Plan,  Include the following: The Organization is ESPN.

  • How you intend to ensure the organization's vision, mission, and people strategies and values statements are aligned with the proposed strategic plan. 
  • Sources to perform an external and internal environmental analysis 

This will be an on going paper and I would like to use the same person to complete the other parts which are listed below.  

 

  • External and Internal analysis- Next week
  • Strategy choice and evaluation-Due Jan 24th
  • Implementation, Strategic controls, and contingency plan Due feb 1st
  • Complete Strategic plan and powerpoint presentation.- Due feb 8th.

I will pay $25/each ($100) for the last four parts.
