What value does strategic intelligence provide to national policy and decision makers? Why is it necessary to cover all the five basic components (HUMINT (Human Intelligence), SIGINT (Signal Intelligence), IMINT(Imagery Intelligence), GEOINT (Geospatial Intelligence), and OSINT(Open Source Intelligence) as an integrated study, rather than separating them into their own stove-pipes for study?
