a) Strategic and Marketing Plan: Strategic Plan involves SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) for the facility to determine where the organization should be in the next 5 years. Determine 3 goals for the facility (example. Introduce a kids menu to cater to younger clients, remodel cafeteria/kitchen, and increase sales by 20% annually). Analysis of existing Marketing strategies for the facility. Create a marketing plan or strategy to increase sales/visibility for the Food Service Facility. b) Budget and Financials: Write up a hypothetical budget for the facility including sources of revenue and expenditures.
