• Company background, organizational mission, vision, and value statements
• Environmental scan
• Review of the best strategies from Week Four and a recommendation for the organization
• Implementation plan: Include objectives, functional tactics, action items, milestones
• Risk management plan, including contingency plans for identified risks
• Any change management strategies that would enhance successful implementation.
