Storing text files values into a vector, and then do the sum.

Hello. I have to store the text file values into a vector and do the sum, here the text file sample:

Title: Projeto

Company: UMA

Teacher: Joaquim

Duration: 5 months

Keywords: #best_project_ever

Expenses:

Equipment:$300

Food: $50 

Consumable expenses: $100 

Consulting expenses: $40 

Travel: $150 

Extras: $500 

So I have to store those expenses into a vector and then do the sum of those. I also would like for each title ( one text file can have multiple records) for you to store them into structures so I can know what sums belong to each company.

I need this in 3 max 4 hours...
