Stats Summary

Ok so I have done all the calculations, graphs and interpritations myself, unfortuanatly something came up and i can not do the last part "Summarize your results from 1–14 in a report that is 3 pages or less in length and explain and interpret the results in ways that are understandable to someone who does not know statistics." I need someone that understand stats but also capable of writing. I have attached all my data and related documents.
