stats Assignment

it is a stats problem and i have an example of how the answer should apear exactly so you will have to do the problem using the data set then put it in a wrtting in a word document with the pie graph just like the example, please make sure ypu reviwe the example and do the pie-graph as well and the word count does have to be 350 to 400 word. you have to do it in 6 hours.

The problem: ( The manager of a local television news station employs three different weather reporters (coded 1-3) and has surveyed viewers to find out whether education level (1 = some high school, 2 = high school graduate, 3 = some college, 4 = college graduate) might be related to the weather reporter the viewer prefers.  Is there any evidence that there is some dependence between reporter preference and educational level? )
