Statistical Process Control using Minitab

Can anyone some charts for me using the attached data?

I need X Bar and R chart, P chart, and Cp, Cpk for each of the four processes listed in the attached document.

I've been having trouble calculating UCL and LCL based on this data so if you need more data please let me know.  

I will need this by tomorrow afternoon at the latest.  My project is due tomorrow, Sunday, December 9 2012.  After Sunday afternoon I will have no need for help with this anymore as my project will have already been submitted.
