Variability in cooking time using microwave ovens is of concern to food processors. The Oppenlicht Popcorn Company is considering a new formulation for its microwave popcorn, and the company will change over to this new formulation if the variability in cooking time is less than that of its current formulation. A production test run is performed using the new formulation. The newly formulated popcorn is cooked in  randomly selected microwave ovens, and for each the cooking time is measured (in seconds). Oppenlicht staff reports the results to company executives via the following histogram:
