Stair climbing vehicle 3-D model design

I need you to give a 3d model design of a small stair climbing vehicle. The vehicle should use a transmission belt like the big tanker. This a link of what I want you to design.
The design should come in full details plus the motor details, since I have to build this vehicle next semester.
I need the 3d model either in solid works or AutoCad. It should have all the component needed to build this device.
