Stage 3

I have attached the actual assignment that is due. This assignment has been separated into 4 stage, each stage build off the other therefore i will attach stage 2 with feedback/grade for reference purposes. Also will include the UMUC family clinic scenerio which is needed as your story line. I usually complete this homework in about 2 hours.
