Select a national or multinational service company of your choice. Research the company’s service design and determine whether or not the it is effective for the company. Then determine how the company applies the five dimensions of service quality to their business. Report your findings in a paper containing three to five page paper (excluding the title and reference pages), double-spaced, and in compliance with APA style and formatting requirements. You must include at least three scholarly sources.
