Take this opportunity to practice calculating a t-test or ANOVA. Using Lesson 26 Data File 1.sav, available under Course Overview/Academic Resources, and calculate the difference in mean GPA between genders or the difference in mean GPA for the different note-taking methods. Interpret the results for significance and include a Post-Hoc analysis only if necessary. Include a sentence that justifies the inclusion or exclusion of the post hoc test. (Hint: you need to read both lesson 24 & 25 to make sure you are picking the correct test for the variables you choose).
Calculate the independent groups t test or a one-way ANOVA specified in your documentation.
Summarize the results of the calculation in 1 or 2 sentences.
Submit the IBM® SPSS® output and your summary to your instructor.
