Hi, I need to create a project in APA Format for International Marketing class, to ontroduce a business in Lima, Peru (south America). My idea was to create a business like a gym, more or less with the orange theory idea. I need to epalin how i am going to posicion and make it different from the others, mission, vision, introduction

company

competitors

Swot analysis

Differentiation

Product, place, price , Promotion

I also need to explain culture, economy and everything necessary to be able to open there and create a profitable business in Lima Peru.
