You are now ready to identify the new technology that will be adopted by the organization and begin strategizing a plan for adoption and implementation. Write a technology adoption proposal paper for your selected business or organization that:

• Identifies the new technology
• Addresses how the technology will improve employee and organizational performance (i.e., refer back to the issue or challenge addressed in your gap analysis report)
