Using the attached data, discuss the wage gap across level of education and for different age groups. Where is the gap widest, and where is it narrowest? What changes have occurred over time? How does this data help us understand the forces shaping gendered income inequality and, relatedly, can we learn anything about the kinds of issues that we would need to address in order to narrow the wage gap?
