describe your overriding ethical concerns (if any) about the current health and mental health care systems (e.g., equal access, equitable coverage, cultural barriers) and discuss the changes (if any) you would like to make to these systems.  Include relevant strategies to make those changes such as political and class advocacy, social action, and legislative advocacy.  If you think the system is fine (it is not broken) explain how it does not currently marginalize or discriminate against people living in poverty and oppressed groups.
