Write a paper of approximately 400–600 words (do not exceed word count) that addresses four of the following components:

•  Describe the relationship between social loafing and additive tasks.
• Describe the three basic rules that people rely upon when considering the fairness of group outcomes.
• Groupthink is a serious problem because it can influence people to make bad decisions. First, what is the psychological attribute of groups that is most heavily involved in groupthink? Provide a short description of groupthink, identifying the factors that give it its name. What is the second major factor in groupthink?
• Describe the study Pozzulo and Dempsey (2006) conducted on lineup instructions and the conclusions that can be drawn from this study.
• How do physical attractiveness and other demographic characteristics impact jury decision-making?
• According to social psychologists, what are some of the benefits of being happy? How can high levels of happiness backfire?
• Format your paper using West Writing Style Handbook guidelines.
• Include a minimum of two sources, one is your class textbook , and the other a peer-reviewed study from the University library.  Be sure to discuss the study findings/results including the variables involved and who participated in the study.
• Be sure to use proper APA format for the reference page as well as in-text citations.
