In week 3 you'll be assigned to a collaborative team to address two problems. Besides week one's treatment of chapter 3’s motivational theories, Maslow is now offered for Week 2's considerations of team member needs and, if relevant, for the collaborative teams' two problem analyses in week 3. To get week 2's discussions underway, the following prompt applies:

Ch 3, p. 57, addresses Maslow's motivational theory of basic needs satisfaction. Where have you seen any of these five needs motivate behavior of teammates for the good of the group? How does his theory apply when there are perhaps different needs satisfied among diverse group members?
