Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs): Federal Funds are awarded to state universities and economic development agencies to establish Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs). SBDCs do not fund ventures, but will help prepare entrepreneurs who are seeking funding and assistance starting a business. Write a 2-3 page paper.
