slide show notes (caption) Design of Steel Structures

I have attached a simple note file that shows how you should properly arrange captions. This will allow me to import captions into video editing software. Here is an example:

00:00:01,466 --> 00:00:05,466
Welcome to Design of Steel Structures

In this example:

1 is a consecutive number;

00:00:01 indicates beginning time (repeat ,466 for program to recognize style);

00:00:05 indicates end time;

And, the text follows (please use short sentences to make sure everything fits in the screen).
