Abstract 

The abstract is a very brief summary of the project. It should be about half a page long. Somebody unfamiliar with your project should have a good idea of what it’s about. And having read the abstract alone will know whether it will be of interest to them.

This is one of the most important components of the report. It should begin with a clear statement of what the project is about so that the nature and scope of the project can be understood by a lay reader. It should summarize everything you set out to achieve, provide a clear summary of the project’s background and relevance to other work and give pointers to the remaining sections of the report which contain the bulk of the technical material.

In this section, explain how you implement your project, any technical issues you faced and how it solved. Clearly explain your work so it could be repeated. 

Conclusion 

All good projects conclude with an objective evaluation of the project’s successes and failures and suggestions for future work which can take the project further.
