Okay, a little bit of back-story before I get to the point. So I'm 20 y/o and I'm in this GED program where I have to pass 4 sections of the actual test: Reading, math, science, social studies. I already passed the reading (Yay!) and now I have to pass the other 3 subjects. I'm really trying to pass the other 3 subjects before 2015 is over and lets be real; that's a skip, hop, & a jump away and it's coming REAL FAST. I NEED to finish this year because I'm trying to prevent myself from being here for 3 years. It's a mental thing, don't ask. I came into the program in 2013 and 2 years is bad and long enough!!! I just wanna finish and BE DONE!!!
Here's the point. I'm a little late in turning in a worksheet assignment and the tile of it is, "Battle of Chancellorsville 1863" and there's 8 multiple choice questions and I really don't have time (or energy) to read this ENTIRE packet, so if you know ANYTHING about this story and can answer these questions, I would REALLY APRECIATE it. Here are the 8 queestions:
1) Which of these wasn't a general who faced Lee in the first two years of the war?
A) McDowell
B) Burnside
C) Buell
D) McClellan
2) Who was considered one of the greatest military geniuses of the Civil War?
A) Stuart
B) Lee
C) Hooker
D) Jackson
3) If Hooker's army was twice the size of Lee's army, why was he so concerened about sneaking up on him and attacking from the rear?
4) Why was it so hard to fight around Chancellorsville?
A) The ground was rough
B) The forest was too thick
C) The civilians got in their way
D) None of the above
5) What one thing did Lincoln tell Hooker to do?
A) Win the battle
B) Hold back no reserves
C) Bring home a trophy
D) All of the above
6) How didStonewall Jacson interrupt the Union batlte line, and how did that affect the rest of the battle?
7) Jeb Stuart was shot and killed by one of his own men.
A) True
B) False
8) Lee's troops were constantly moving around. How did this affect how Hooker was able to fight the battle?
