Need help on the following assignment (attached)

I have most of the assignment right. The only changes need to be the questions that are highlighted in RED towards the bottom of the assignment. Do not bother with anything else other than the "List five tools" questions

I attached the rest of the assignment to give you a better understanding. The feedback I recieved on the 5 Questions were "The expectation for these five questions is that they will be recommended statistical tools used in six sigma"
