Situational Speech

Identify a recent news item you feel constitutes a crisis—social, moral, legal, etc. Craft a speech that responds to that crisis in an appropriate and “fitting” manner, per the parameters offered by Bitzer. You will need to do some research on the crisis itself, as well as the relevant parties and policies that might help mitigate the crisis. Just as importantly, incorporate some information about yourself and your values. This should be a short speech not exceeding 1 page. 2 min speech
