Site Selection

Using the same retail operation from Week 1, students are required to write an in-depth site selection analysis.

Your objective in this paper has two parts:

Part 1: You must write a report on the important criteria needed for a site selection (Ch. 9 & Ch. 10).

Part 2: You must make a recommendation on the retailORGANIZATION that you visited for your product analysis.

            Select a location (anywhere in the United States) and provide an in-depth analysis on why this site was selected (using specific information from Ch. 10). 

            Provide the characteristics of the proposed site (see Chart 2 attatched)

            Provide a complete checklist  (as shown in chart 1 attached) of your proposed site.
