·         The use of incorrect word tense creates confusion while reading your sentences. Consider having other’s review your assignments, visit the writing lab, or use on-line grammar check application to improve your use of words.

Content (-3pt):

·         In your paper you describe the general use of ROI. However, the assignment is specific to Super Sonic’s efficiency training for all of their employees. Your paper doesn’t address why using the ROI evaluation for the training workshop is beneficial, the actual overall benefits of the training for Super Sonic or what the ROI results were for the given scenario. 

Additionally, you attached your Reflection Paper to this assignment. That paper is a separate assignment to be submitted at a later date.
