simulink parameter optimization

i basically  need to find the values of kr and kp that will allow the ISE (integral square error) to be very close to zero. the ISE is being calculated in the simulink model. I need to write a function in matlab that will call and run the function(sim command). then write the code that will allow the model to be optimized by computing the values of kp and kr that will minimize the ISE. please create the model in simulink and write the code in matlab.
