(simple) reflection

i want a (simple) reflection paper one single space page long. just two main body paragraphs, intro, and conclusion. it should be include some info from the article which talking about (how the transportation affect people in low-income and black communities). i dont need extra info from the web. just two main ideas from the article , and done.
