.govrment should care about its teengers or young boys because they are future leaders and it can care by provide collages emrace them to prepare them for future

.by paying for all students it reflects positively by prepare them and educate them to build the country for example all people who have degree can work and when they work their counrty grow and be better in many aspects as many cllages majors 

.by paying for them. we give second chance for peopl who may have uniqe talents but they didnt notice about it until he graduated from hiegh school
