Short Proposal Assignment

Down at the bottom I have uploaded the assignment sheet straight from the professor, and a sample of a strong proposal from a past student that you can use as reference. This is the second time I am posting this because the asshole that did it for me the fisrt time on my friends account completly ignored the assignment sheet. The short proposal needs to be 7 paragraphs hiting 7 essential ingredients. The assignment sheet literally states step by step what is expected in each paragraph. I need someone that I can trust and is serious about doing what is asked for, someon I can come back to for more work... I am willing to pay top dollar but for top work. I also have another assignment that I need that links with this one.
