Short Proposal

Your CEO recently attended a luncheon and heard a speaker discuss the benefits of the Assessment Center for organizations. She has asked you to prepare a short ( 5 pages) proposal that inincludes a description of the assessment center approach and develop a brief description of how you would implement an assessment center for your organization. You will want to include methods and techniques for management to measure the effectiveness of the assessment center. And last, you will want to develop a cost/benefit analysis outlining the costs you anticipate for your implementation. Your proposal must be based on scholarly literature ( at least 3-4 sources) to support yur suggestions.
