   Use some Strategy Management terms to write a Recommendation for Kellogg Company in the future. Here is some perspectives.

1.   In store promotions: The idea of coupons proved unsuccessful for many reasons; as an alternative we would suggest in-store promotions.

2.   More Co-Branding and character endorsements: This was not being done at the time of the case; while it is being done now we believe they should focus on this.

3.   Create their own “Off Brand”: In addition to the currently made cereal, they could also have a separate division that uses cheaper ingredients and packaging (such as the private labels).  Doing this could expand their market to customers who can’t afford their name-brand products.

4.   More focus on power bars: A lot of people don’t eat breakfast anymore.  Focusing on delicious and convenient snacks that will satisfy your hunger is essential.
