short case with two qoustions

This home work is really easy. It's a four pages reading with two questions. you have two answer each question separately in a page and a half. you right the the first question then answer it in one and a half page then do the same with the second question. I would appreciate two outside sources.

the questions are:

1) What were some of the factors that made Anne Mulcahy so effective?

2) How can you reconcile the story of Anne Mulcahy with the “Great leaders are born versus made” debate?
