1.      How would you define parole? Which events and conditions lead to parole of a prisoner? Is there a better solution to the way in which prisoners are evaluated for parole?

2.      How would you define violent behavior? How does violent behavior relate to prisons? What recommendations would you suggest to remedy violence in prisons?

3.      What are some daily challenges probation and parole officers face? What dangers do they deal with? Why do you think people enjoy working in this field?

4.    There are a variety of causes for prison riots. One is that sometimes inmates feel their demands are neglected. What kind of demands? Are these reasonable demands? I'm interested in everyone's opinion, especially those who have worked in the prison system.
