Sexual Battery Police Report

Instruction:

Take the 2 page statement (front and back) provided in class and write a police report as if you responded to this call. Remember to write it in chronological order, check for spelling errors, proper punctuation and use of pronouns/verbs. You will need to have what each person told you (not verbatim) and what elements were presented (evidence of a crime). Indicate your charges if any that you have or have not developed probable cause and what you will do: arrest or file at large with the State Attorney or unfound the case based on lack of evidence or desire for prosecution. Remember, your report reflects on you, your education and your ability to write.
