- What are the four unique characteristics of services and the marketing challenges created by these characteristics?
- Consider a service you have purchased in the past six months. From a marketer’s point of view what are some marketing challenges for this service and possible solutions to the challenges?
- Were you involved in the production process of this service? If so, did this affect the service efficiency? Why or why not?
- Is it preferable to have the customer involved in the service production process for your selected service? Why or why not?
