Earlier in the semester we created an organizational chart.  This chart was presented in a graphical format.....summarizing the various stakeholders associated with your project simultation.

This assignment speaks to the generation of a complementary input....which will present additional back up detail for the organization associated with your project.

Please see the attached file for a sample template for this assignment and an example input for your review.  Of course, you are free to use your own template...as long as it provides similar detail information in support of your project's stakeholder team.

For each team stakeholder, please provide backup information summarizing their role in the project team....as follows:

• Responsibility - The specific responsibilities that this role / person will have.

• Authority - The specific authorities that this role / person will have during the project.

• Accountability - The specific items that the role / person will be accountable for during the project.
