Self-Reflection #2

Write two to three page critical self-reflection on your current skills and abilities as applied to the concepts of PERT estimating and Earned Value Management techniques. How comfortable are you with using tools? What professional training or education can you apply to make using these tools easier to use? What potential areas of weakness might you have regarding PERT AND EVM? If you have little or no experience with such approaches, how might you fill in the gaps? Provides examples of how you might use each approach to monitor a project of which you are the lead.   

Apply these approaches to monitor a project that deals with replacing a roof on a house.
