Selecting a Company for the Capstone Paper

The goal is to recommend specific strategies for a company to sustain its competitiveness over the long term. To do so, you will select a company, conduct a thorough examination of its past and present position, evaluate its current options and strategies, and recommend future directions and action plans.

The first step of this project is to select an appropriate company/organization for your study. You must be able to ethically access the information necessary to conduct a graduate-level analysis on the company’s strategy for sustainable competitive advantage.

Then, write 1–3 paragraphs that state the company you have selected, how this company meets (or does not meet) all the criteria listed in the decision flow chart, and any barriers you foresee about completing the Capstone Project for this company.
