Scenario 1:
Latasha read a source that contained excellent information about her topic. However, she already knew most of the information contained in the source. When she includes this information in her paper, how should she cite the source? Explain your answer.
Scenario 2:
Chris previously wrote a paper about a topic he is using in his current class. That paper earned an A and Chris properly cited his sources in it. Can Chris use the same paper in his current class? Can he use the paper if he changes or adds information? Why or why not? Explain why this is or is not acceptable.
Scenario 3:
In her paper, Jayne paraphrased information from a source but put the information entirely in her own words. How does Jayne need to cite the source? Explain why it is important for Jayne to cite this source.
Scenario 4:
Marshall used a quote from a source and properly cited the source in an in-text citation. According to APA formatting, does Marshall need to do anything else? Why or why not? What will happen if Marshall posts his paper as is?
