Now that you have explored approaches concerning how to help others in mental distress how are you going to maintain your own well-being? If "helpers" do not put as much thought into their own well-being as they put into assisting the well-being of others, how effective can they truely be? Write a 1-2 page paper regarding the activities that you will be engaging in on a daily, weekly etc.. basis that will enable you to maintain your mental, emotional, physical, and/or spiritual health.
