Assessment of the Community and “Built Environment” for Physical Activity

 prepare a 3-5 page paper assessing your community and built environment for physical activity.

Go through your community, within a ten-mile radius and evaluate its conduciveness to physical activity for all ages in the population. Be sure to assess walking paths, sidewalks, community parks, fitness clubs and recreation facilities. How does it measure up? What currently exists? What is lacking? Provide your recommendations and suggestions for improvements. How would the health educator present this information to the city planners and members of the community?

Your assignment should follow APA guidelines, and should include a title page and three references with no more than one website. Websites such as Wikipedia are not acceptable.
