Scholarly Report Project

The report project consists of two dimensions:

1. Writing a summary report of the original research paper: 35 points
2. Presenting your summary report to the class: 15 points

Your report paper will consist of two parts:

1. Your synthesis of the key points and findings of the scholarly research (400 words minimum)
2. A summary paragraph (50 words minimum) consisting of:
   • Your personal opinions of the research, or
   • A meaningful connection of the topic to your personal experiences
