Do a review of literature on a topic studied in the course. Use original sources from scholarly work. Write a 5-7 page summary of your findings. You will use Discussion C in Module 1 for the approval of your topic by your instructor.
TOPIC: How Leadership effectively communicates with Diverse Work Groups in the Army.
Begin the paper with an anecdote, or a research finding that crystallizes the central concern of your study. Synthesize the literature you reviewed. Evaluate how your review supplements, enhances or contradicts the views of Cialdini, Fairhurst, or the authors of Difficult Conversations.
Discuss insights you gained from your study for your professional development.
Finally, prepare to share your conclusions with the class in an engaging manner. That is, do a “stakeholder analysis” of your classmates’ “cultural discourses” and professional goals. Address the class with artful framing of your concepts. Be guided by Fairhurst’s advice on pages 198-199.
Requirements:

- Reflect on insights you gained from your study for your professional development.

- The case study should include the following:
- APA Formatting including heading and subheadings.
- Graduate level writing free from grammar and mechanical errors.
- Citations from readings or other relevant resources to support information presented.
- The document should make best use of the technology.
