The Sarbanes Oxley Act (2002) was sweeping legislation that changed the way businesses operate. 

Required:

·        Select two of the provisions of the Act that you believe significantly impacted business operations.

·        Copy and paste the two provisions that you find.  Reference your source.

·        Discuss why the selected provisions are impactful.  How do these provisions impact business operations? Positively?  Negatively?
