Below is the response to the Cost Managment Plan draft.  Please make the required adjustments.

Response from my instructor:

“this is a great start.   There are a few things you need to add though.  In the WBS you are at 148,280 The WBS  was updated because I forgot to assign the IS vendor.  MS project does a nice job of tallying all the pieces by item.  I went ahead and broke up each item by type, either fixed or variable (hourly).  You are correct; the lion’s share of costs is the PM and PMS’s.

 You also forgot to mention that you are actually under your estimate in the charter and scheduled to finish sooner, this gives you some reserves in case of a scope change or errors”.
