In this week, you will create a rough draft outline for your management/leadership action plan. At a minimum, the sections of your plan will include:

• Personal Leadership Statement
• Personal Leadership Review
  • Past review of previous leadership or management positions, mistakes made, lessons learned, etc
  • Current review of leadership or management position
  • Future review of leadership – where do you want to be, how will you get there
• Decision-Making Skills
• Emotional Intelligence – identifying your strengths and weaknesses
• Putting it All Together
