Rough draft needed on research paper

My topic is smoking bans in restaurants and bars. I need to have 5-7 references and I have 6 picked out. My instructor has a list of these references already because a previous assignment needed them stated. It has to be at least 6 pages long excluding the title, abstract, and reference page.
